Routine Testing & Certification


Fire Alarms

Let us design a fire alarm system to your specification or to the requirements of your risk assessment. Fire alarms are designed and installed to BS 5839 and come complete with a maintenance contract.


Fire Extinguishers

Fire extinguishers are required to be tested annually, and discharged every 5 or 10 years depending on type.


Smoke Extraction Systems

Your smoke extraction system weather linked to a fire alarm system or an independent system that opens windows in the area of the smoke detection must be tested to ensure full function in an emergency.


Dry Rising Mains & Sprinkler Systems

Should your building have a dry or wet rising main or hose reels these items should also be tested annually. A certificate must be issued stating that they comply to current regulations.


5 Yearly Building Electrical Certificate

All building must have there electrical system certificated every five years. Certificate is to be available on site for inspection by authorities.


Portable Appliance Testing

It is a requirement that all of your portable appliances are tested on a regular basis. Each item has various tests carried out on them the test is logged and a test label is applied.
